FeedingLDN is a volunteer-led initiative based in London. We only collect the information you choose to give us, and we use it only to reply to you and to coordinate our outreaches. Here is what that means, in plain terms.

When you fill in our contact or volunteer form, we collect the details you enter — your name and email address, and, depending on the form, an optional phone number, the areas or outreaches you're interested in, and your message. We don't collect anything you haven't typed in yourself.
We use these details for two things only: to reply to you, and to let you know when an outreach is being planned so you can take part if you'd like. We won't add you to a mailing list without asking, and we don't use your information for anything else.
Form submissions reach us through our website host, Netlify, and are sent to our team inbox, which runs on Microsoft 365. Both act as our providers and handle the information securely on our behalf. If you make a donation, that takes place on GoFundMe's own platform — we never see or store your card details, and GoFundMe's privacy policy applies. We don't sell, rent or share your details with anyone else.
Our website doesn't use tracking, advertising or analytics cookies. We do load our fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google may receive your device's IP address when a page loads — this is standard for most websites and we don't use it to identify you. Links to Instagram, GoFundMe and other sites are covered by those sites' own privacy policies.
We keep your details only for as long as they're useful — while you'd like to hear from us about outreaches. You can ask us to remove them at any time and we'll do so promptly.
Under UK data protection law (UK GDPR) you can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw your consent — just email hello@feedingldn.org. If you're ever unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK's data protection regulator, at ico.org.uk.
